CEPES register as Interest Group of the National Commission Markets and Competition

CEPES has materialized registration in the Register of Stakeholders of the National Commission Markets and Competition (CNMC). The registry aims to create an institutional mechanism to transparent external contribution to activity CNMC in all its aspects.

• The Employer of the Spanish Social Economy will drive all companies to act and compete on equal terms.

 

It also will defend maintaining the role of the social economy as a key to creating stable and quality employment tool and achieve economic and social cohesion.

 

(Madrid, March 7, 2016) .- The Spanish Business Confederation of Social Economy (CEPES) has materialized registration in the Register of Stakeholders of the National Commission Markets and Competition (CNMC).

The Spanish employer's Social Economy CEPES, this action expresses its willingness to defend and promote free competition in the market for all business models, so that companies in its sector (cooperatives, labor societies, mutual societies, special centers employment, integration enterprises and fishermen's associations) can act and compete on an equal footing as other traditional commercial enterprises.

Also, CEPES advocate strengthening dialogue between all economic actors, and promote the social economy remains a key player in the creation of stable and quality employment, and contribute to achieving economic and social cohesion.

The Register of Stakeholders of the CNMC aims, according to this entity, create an institutional mechanism to transparent external contribution to activity CNMC in all its aspects.

CEPES, to adhere to the Register of Stakeholders of the CNMV, assumes an "ethical Decalogue 'which includes the principles of action in relations with members of the CNMC.
