The National Federation of Transport Cooperatives of Spain (FENACOTRANS) is the sectoral organization representing the road transport cooperative movement at the national level. Through its seven regional organizations (autonomous transport cooperative organizations in Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, Andalusia, the Valencian Community, Galicia, the Balearic Islands, and Extremadura, along with direct representation in the rest of the national territory), it brings together more than 230 transport cooperatives and over 12,000 associated transport operators, covering both freight and passenger transport.
In addition to representing and defending the interests of its member cooperatives before various public and private administrations and institutions, FENACOTRANS offers a wide range of administrative, training, technological, and advisory services to its regional entities and member cooperatives.
