The social economy: a key player in building an area of shared prosperity in the Mediterranean

The social, economic and environmental challenges shared by the 800 million people living in the Euro-Mediterranean region mean that European Institutions and International Organizations such as the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) are firmly committed to the social economy in order to generate sustainable growth that guarantees the creation of quality employment.

CEPES is working with the Euro-Mediterranean Institutions in favor of an ecosystem favorable to the Social Economy that promotes this enterprise model in the Mediterranean, in particular in cooperation with the Union for the Mediterranean.
